• Plant preparation laboratory for seed cleaning, drying and short term storage at 20-24oC and 40-50% RH • A seed analysis laboratory for conducting seed quality tests such as germination, purity, viability, seed-health and moisture content • A small cold storage room in the seed analysis laboratory for medium-term conservation at 4oC and 25-35%RH to store active collections • A freezer for long-term conservation at –18oC in the seed analysis laboratory to store base collections • Research facilities: laboratories, offices, etc… |
